As CEO and Partner of The BridgeWay Firm, Sean leverages his extensive experience across the hospitality, aviation, and healthcare industries to optimize organizational effectiveness and lead businesses toward long-term success. His reputation for fostering innovation and efficiency has made him a sought-after leader and business partner in the field.
Sean holds a B.A. in Human Resources from City University of New York and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University. He also maintains certifications with key industry organizations, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
Beyond his professional achievements, Sean is deeply committed to philanthropy. As Co-Founder of God’s Creation I Am and The Gateway Project, he works alongside his wife to provide empowerment resources for abused women and children.

Throughout her career, Jeanette has made a profound impact in the Human Services sector, advocating for domestic violence victims, raising community awareness on domestic violence issues, and implementing multisystemic therapy to support at-risk youth and families. Additionally, she has served as an Executive Consultant for corporate entities, assisting in risk assessment and crisis management planning.
